Tripe Spicy Batter
- 1 dl white wine
- 2 large eggs
- 5 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 5 cloves garlic or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chili peppers or chili
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
- 1/2 teaspoon greek seasoning mix gyros
- 1 x vegetable oil for frying
- 250 grams tripe precooked
- 2 tablespoons flour, all-purpose tripe dispersing
- Sprinkle flour over tripes, and invert it.
- Mixed well the dough ingredients
- Fry tripe in hot oil until golden brown.
- Serve with tartar sauce or mayonnaise.
