Cheese Poofs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp Italian spice mix
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Bring to a boil the water, milk, and butter.
- Take off the burner and add the cup of flour.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until it starts to pull from the sides of the pot (about 2 minutes).
- Crack each egg one at a time directly into the mix, stirring each one until it is completely mixed in before adding the next one.
- Stir in your cheese.
- It's your choice on what kind to use.
- I personally used a 3 cheese mix.
- (Italian herbs and cayenne are optional).
- Drop spoonfuls of the mix on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
