Sour Cream Chocolate Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour oblong 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or 2 (9-inch) or 3 (8-inch) round layer pans.
  3. Measure all ingredients, except frosting, into large mixing bowl.
  4. Mix 1/2 minute on low, scraping bowl constantly.
  5. Beat 3 minutes on high, scraping bowl occasionally.
  6. Pour into pans and bake in oblong pan 40 to 45 minutes and layers for 30 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
  7. Cool and frost with Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting.
