Bailey's Marbled Cheesecake Recipe
- 4 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter, melted
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 pkt Graham Crackers, grnd fine
- 24 ounce Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Bailey's Irish Cream
- 2 x Semisweet Chocolate Squares, melted
- Combine butter, sugar and cocoa pwdr.
- Stir in crumbs.
- Press proportionately over bottom of greased 9-inch springform pan and bake at 350 for 10 min.
- Cold pan and grease sides.
- Beat cream cheese till smooth.
- Gradually beat in sugar.
- Beat in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Blend in Bailey s. Pour about 1/3 mix into a bowl and stir in melted chocolate.
- Pour half of plain mix into prepared pan.
- Drizzle with half the chocolate mix.
- Repeat layers.
- Make a marbled design by gently swirling batter with a knife.
- Bake 10 min at 450, then 55 min at 250.
