Kent's Nachos
- 1 (32 ounce) bagcantina tortilla chips
- 1 (16 ounce) package Tyson Fajita Chicken Strips, fried and sliced into strips (I like beef)
- 12 cup sour cream
- 14 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 14 cup jalapeno pepper, sliced
- 12 cup black beans
- layer chips in a 11 X 14 oven dish.
- Sprinkle top of chips with Cheese, then with beef, then peppers and beans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-13 minutes, until melted.
- Top with Cilantro and dollops of sour cream.
- Serve with pico and Guacamole.
