Pork and Ginger Stir Fry with Bean Sprouts and Garlic

  1. Cut the stems off the bean sprouts, wash and drain well.
  2. Slice the garlic.
  3. Marinate the pork in the ingredients marked .
  4. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and when it becomes fragrant...
  5. ...add bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and fry for 30 seconds over strong heat.
  6. Transfer to a plate and wipe the pan with a paper towel.
  7. Fry the meat while loosening it.
  8. If there is any sauce left over, add that to finish.
  9. Place on top of the bean sprouts and you're done!
