Pork and Ginger Stir Fry with Bean Sprouts and Garlic
- 1 bag Bean sprouts
- 1 clove Sliced garlic
- 200 grams Sliced pork
- 3 tablespoons, 2 tablespoons each of mirin and sake Soy sauce, mirin, sake
- 1 knob Grated ginger
- Cut the stems off the bean sprouts, wash and drain well.
- Slice the garlic.
- Marinate the pork in the ingredients marked .
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and when it becomes fragrant...
- ...add bean sprouts, salt and pepper, and fry for 30 seconds over strong heat.
- Transfer to a plate and wipe the pan with a paper towel.
- Fry the meat while loosening it.
- If there is any sauce left over, add that to finish.
- Place on top of the bean sprouts and you're done!
