Snow Peas With Sesame Seeds

  1. Put the water in a saucepan and add salt.
  2. Bring to a boil and add the snow peas.
  3. Blanch them for 1 minute and drain.
  4. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet.
  5. Add the sesame seeds and brown them lightly.
  6. Add the snow peas, scallions, salt and pepper.
  7. Saute for 1 minute and serve.
