Huevos Tot-cheros
- 1 gal. frozen potato tots, fried
- 1 qt. Kraft Habanero Heat Shredded Cheese
- 2 cups cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 cups black beans, rinsed
- 1 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 cup Pure Kraft Refrigerated Ranch Dressing
- 8 each eggs, fried sunny-side up
- For each 2-serving portion: Place 6 oz.
- (170 g) potatoes in a casserole dish; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese.
- Broil under salamander 20 to 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
- Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) each bacon and beans, 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) each scallions and dressing, and 1 egg.
