Huevos Tot-cheros

  1. For each 2-serving portion: Place 6 oz.
  2. (170 g) potatoes in a casserole dish; top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) cheese.
  3. Broil under salamander 20 to 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.
  4. Top with 1/4 cup (50 mL) each bacon and beans, 2 Tbsp.
  5. (30 mL) each scallions and dressing, and 1 egg.
