Turkey Kielbasa with Warm Potato Salad

  1. Cut potatoes crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  2. In 3-quart saucepan, heat potatoes and water to cover to boiling over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook potatoes just until tender -- about 15 minutes.
  4. Drain potatoes in colander.
  5. In same saucepan, heat oil over medium heat.
  6. Add onion and kielbasa; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until onion softens.
  7. Stir in flour until well-mixed, then stir in water, vinegar, sugar, and pepper.
  8. Heat until thickened and bubbly.
  9. Reduce heat to low.
  10. Gently stir in cooked potatoes and peas; simmer 5 minutes.
  11. Remove from heat and serve.
