Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 34 cup soya flour
- 14 cup potato starch
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 6 12 tablespoons margarine
- 6 tablespoons white sugar
- 6 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 cup chopped nuts
- Sift dry ingredients.
- Beat sugars and margarine.
- Add egg and beat again.
- Add vanilla and stir.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Add chips and nuts.
- Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 1 cookie - 1 fruit/vegetable choice, 1 fat.
