Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Sift dry ingredients.
  2. Beat sugars and margarine.
  3. Add egg and beat again.
  4. Add vanilla and stir.
  5. Add dry ingredients.
  6. Add chips and nuts.
  7. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 375F for 10 to 12 minutes.
  9. 1 cookie - 1 fruit/vegetable choice, 1 fat.
