Bacon Florentine Fettuccine
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated fettuccine
- 1 pkg. (9 to 10 oz.) frozen creamed spinach
- 10 slices OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces, cooked*
- 1/4 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)
- black pepper (optional)
- Cut fettuccine in half; prepare as directed on package.
- Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
- Meanwhile, microwave spinach as directed on package.
- Toss fettuccine, reserved cooking water, spinach, bacon and garlic.
- Stir in cheese.
- Season with nutmeg and pepper to taste.
