Bacon Florentine Fettuccine

  1. Cut fettuccine in half; prepare as directed on package.
  2. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup cooking water.
  3. Meanwhile, microwave spinach as directed on package.
  4. Toss fettuccine, reserved cooking water, spinach, bacon and garlic.
  5. Stir in cheese.
  6. Season with nutmeg and pepper to taste.
