Meat And Potato Casserole
- 4 c. thin sliced potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
- 1 can any cream soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Toss potatoes with butter and salt, arrange on bottom and up sides of greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 400u0b0 or until tender.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef.
- Sprinkle beef and corn over potatoes.
- Combine soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, onions and 1/2 cup cheese; pour over beef.
- Bake at 400u0b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
