Meat And Potato Casserole

  1. Toss potatoes with butter and salt, arrange on bottom and up sides of greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
  2. Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 400u0b0 or until tender.
  3. Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef.
  4. Sprinkle beef and corn over potatoes.
  5. Combine soup, milk, garlic powder, pepper, onions and 1/2 cup cheese; pour over beef.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, top with remaining cheese and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
