Glogg
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 3 each cinnamon sticks
- 10 each whole cloves
- 6 each whole cardamon seeds
- 1 1/2 each orange rind
- 12 each raw blanched almonds
- 1 cup water
- 2 quart paisano wine
- 1 fifth vodka
- 1 each allspice seed
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- In small sauce pan heat all spices, water, and sugar.
- In large pot heat wine and add ingredients from small sauce pan.
- Keep on heat but not boiling for 45 minutes.
- Add vodka.
