Blueberry 'N' Cheese Squares
- 1 1/2 packets graham crackers
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 c. whipping cream
- Roll graham crackers to fine crumbs.
- In 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish, combine crumbs and margarine, mixing well.
- Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture for topping.
- Press remaining crumbs in bottom of dish.
- Chill.
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth.
- Spread evenly over crumbs.
- Spread pie filling over cheese and chill while preparing cream.
- Using chilled beaters and bowl, whip the cream and sugar until stiff.
- Spread over blueberries.
- Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
