Fast & Easy Marbled Cake

  1. Grease the pan with oil or butter and set aside.
  2. I placed a sheet of parchment paper in the pan so that the cake could be removed easier.
  3. Combine the ingredients well to make the cocoa mixture.
  4. Preheat the oven to 170C.
  5. Place the flour, baking powder, and sugar into the food processor and blend well.
  6. Add the 1 cm cubes of butter and blend some more.
  7. Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  8. Keep blending.
  9. Once it becomes the consistency as seen in the photo, it's done.
  10. Separate the batter into 2 portions.
  11. Mix one portion with the cocoa mixture.
  12. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan, alternating colors.
  13. Use chopsticks held vertically to vigorously draw 2 circles in the batter in the same location.
  14. Then draw a line through the center of the circles.
  15. Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven and it's done.
  16. Follow the same process to make a matcha marbled cake.
