Char Siu Spareribs
- 1 baby back rib rack
- 1 cup char siu sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 -3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 14 cup sake (from ginger jar)
- Cut ribs in serving size pieces.
- Put in crockpot.
- Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over ribs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until ribs are tender.
- Turn to coat ribs well after 4 hours, if needed.
