Caramel Cups

  1. SHELL: Beat together cream cheese and butter.
  2. Gradually add in flour.
  3. Mix well, and form into small tart pan.
  4. (Or mini muffin pan).
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  6. FILLING: In a medium sized saucepan, stir together milk and caramels over medium-low heat until melted and smooth.
  7. *Stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
  8. Spoon into baked tart shells, and let cool completely.
  9. ICING: Beat all ingredients together until mixture stands in stiff peaks.
  10. Spoon or pipe on top of cooled caramel cups.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
