Chili Beef Salad Recipe

  1. Bias slice meat into thin bite size strips.
  2. Toss together lettuce, romaine, mushrooms and onion.
  3. Stir together 1 Tbsp.
  4. oil, vinegar, chili pwdr, 1/4 tsp.
  5. salt and 1/4 tsp.
  6. pepper.
  7. In a wok heat remaining oil.
  8. Stir fry green pepper for 1 1/2 to 2 min or possibly till crisp and tender; remove.
  9. Stir fry beef, half at a time, 2 to 3 min.
  10. Return all to wok.
  11. Stir in vinegar mix.
  12. Remove wok from heat.
  13. Add in lettuce mix, toss 1 minute or possibly till lettuce slightly wilts.
  14. Serves 4.
