Mexican Chicken Pizza
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1-1/2 cups TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
- 1/2 cup red pepper strips
- 1 tsp. chopped cilantro
- 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) KRAFT Pizza Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheeses
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 10 min.
- or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in salsa; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Spoon onto crust; top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 10 to 15 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
