Grilled Reuben Sandwich(4 Servings)

  1. Combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, parsley and pepper. Spread this sauce on bread. Layer the corned beef and sauerkraut on 4 slices of the bread, and top with the cheese. Cover with the remaining bread and spread with 1 tablespoon of the butter. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon butter in a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Add sandwiches, unbuttered side down, and fry until golden, about 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Turn and brown the other side.
