Picky-Eaters Meatloaf
- 1 pound Ground Beef (sometimes I Use 1/2 Beef And 1/2 Pork, But It's Up To You)
- 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar (I Like Mine A Little More Sweet)
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Sage
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Mustard (I Usually Do Not Have This, So I Use Regular Mustard Instead)
- Seasoned Salt, To Taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Ketchup
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all of the ingredients together, except for the ketchup (I find my hands the most effective tools!)
- If it seems a little too moist, I will add a little more bread crumbs.
- But you dont want it too dry either.
- Form into a loaf and place into your pan.
- Squirt ketchup all over the top.
- Bake for approximately an hour to an hour and a half, or until done.
- *Note: If necessary, you may need to drain some of the grease off midway through the cooking process.
- Once it is done, remove and allow it to set for 5 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
