Roasted Sausage and Grapes

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" jelly-roll pan, toss grapes with 1 teaspoon oil; add sausages to pan.
  3. Roast 25 minutes or until links are golden and grapes are tender.
  4. Meanwhile, in microwave-safe bowl, place potatoes; cover.
  5. Microwave on High 12 minutes or until fork-tender.
  6. In 6-quart saucepot, heat 2 teaspoons oil with garlic on medium-high for 1 minute.
  7. Add kale and 1/3 cup water.
  8. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 8 minutes or until kale wilts.
  9. To potatoes, add milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt; coarsely mash potatoes.
  10. Remove pan from oven; stir vinegar into pan juices.
  11. Serve sausage and grapes with potatoes and kale.
