Turkey Potpie
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 3 whole Carrots, Chopped
- 3 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 1 whole Onion, Medium, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Chopped
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweet Peas, Drained
- 1 cup White Wine Or Stock
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Cooked Turkey, Chopped
- 2 whole Pie Crusts
- 1 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1.
- Melt butter in medium stockpot.
- Cook carrots, celery, onion and garlic until tender.
- Add sweet peas, wine or stock, pepper, and onion.
- Simmer.
- Add salt and pepper.

- Mix in chopped turkey.
- Put your first pie crust in a pie dish.
- Pour the turkey mixture into pie crust.
- Top with second pie crust.
- Brush top crust with lightly beaten egg.

- Bake in 350 degree (F) oven until lightly browned, approximately 30 minutes.
