Isabellas Favorite White Pizza

  1. *This recipe is VERY loose and adaptable.
  2. I have NO actual measurements, just add everything to taste!
  3. Also, I cheat and buy a prepared pizza crust at Trader Joes or Fresh & Easy.
  4. Feel free to make your own!

  6. Roll out pizza dough as you like it.
  7. I usually roll mine out on a large cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray, for a rectangular pizza.
  8. (Use a dark pan for a crispy crust!)
  9. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  10. Mince garlic, chop basil and slice or tear mozzarella.
  11. Shred as much Pecorino-Romano as youd like on your pizza.
  12. In this order, add to crust: fresh mozzarella, as much garlic as you can handle, as much basil as youd like, as much Pecorino-Romano as youd like.
  13. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 18 minutes or until the cheeses are melty and bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
