Isabellas Favorite White Pizza
- 9 cloves Fresh Garlic, Chopped (we Use At LEAST 9!)
- 8 leaves Fresh Basil
- 6 ounces, weight Fresh Mozzarella
- 1 cup Pecorino-Romano Cheese (just Add As Much As You Want!)
- 5 dashes Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 whole Pizza Crust
- *This recipe is VERY loose and adaptable.
- I have NO actual measurements, just add everything to taste!
- Also, I cheat and buy a prepared pizza crust at Trader Joes or Fresh & Easy.
- Feel free to make your own!

- Roll out pizza dough as you like it.
- I usually roll mine out on a large cookie sheet, sprayed with cooking spray, for a rectangular pizza.
- (Use a dark pan for a crispy crust!)
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mince garlic, chop basil and slice or tear mozzarella.
- Shred as much Pecorino-Romano as youd like on your pizza.
- In this order, add to crust: fresh mozzarella, as much garlic as you can handle, as much basil as youd like, as much Pecorino-Romano as youd like.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 18 minutes or until the cheeses are melty and bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
