Fish Stick Rice Casserole
- 2 cups Broccoli
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 cup Half-and-half
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheese, Divided
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 12 pieces Frozen Fish Sticks
- Preheat your oven to 395 degrees F.
- Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes in boiling water.
- Mix together the cooked rice, half-and-half, 1/2 cup cheese, and all the spices until well combined.
- Fold in broccoli.
- Transfer everything into a 9-inch baking pan.
- Top with frozen fish sticks and remaining 1 cup cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
