Grated Parmesan Potato Bake
- 2-1/2 lb. (1.1 kg) Yukon gold potatoes (about 10), peeled, grated
- 1 large Vidalia onion, grated
- 3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- 1/3 cup flour
- Place potatoes and onions on clean kitchen towel; roll up.
- Squeeze towel tightly to remove excess moisture; place vegetables in large bowl.
- Add cheese and flour; mix lightly.
- Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 min.
