Slow Cooked Goulash
- 2 lbs beef stew meat
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 12 teaspoons paprika
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- Place beef in slow cooker with onions and garlic.
- Stir together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add to slow cooker and stir to coat meat.
- Stir in the tomatoes.
- Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
- Add sour cream.
- Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool.
- Place in freezer bag.
- Label and freeze.
- To serve: thaw.
- Heat until hot and bubbly.
- Serve over noodles.
