Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie Recipe

  1. Beat Large eggs with sugar, salt and vanilla.
  2. Combine powdered lowfat milk and flour.
  3. Add in to egg mix.
  4. Mix for 3 min.
  5. Add in melted butter and shortening and mix for 2 min.
  6. Add in corn syrup; mix for 3 min, then stir in pecan pcs by hand.
  7. Add in chocolate chips and mix thoroughly.
  8. Pour into unbaked 10-inch pie shell.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min, then at 375 degrees for 25 min or possibly till hard on top.
