  5. Prepare Basic Red Sauce and Southwest Guacamole; set aside.
  6. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet till warm.
  7. Cook tortilla strips in oil till light golden, about 1 minute; drain.
  8. Cook and stir grond beef, chiles, and onion till beef is brown; drain.
  9. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange tortilla strips in bottom of greased rectangular baking dish 13 X 9 X 2-inches.
  10. Top with beef mix, Basic Red Sauce, beans, and cheese.
  11. Bake till warm and bubbly, 25 to 30 min.
  12. Serve with Southwest Guacamole and Lowfat sour cream.
