Apricot Filled Sugar Cookies

  1. Mix all together except filling to make a soft dough.
  2. Roll out 1/8" thick and cut out 48 3" round cookies.
  3. Place teaspoon of filling on the top of 24 rounds.
  4. Cover each with another round, crimp edges and make a slit on top.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes in a 375F (190C) preheated oven.
  6. Makes 24 cookies.
