Cheese and Vegetable Frittata

  1. HEAT dressing over medium-high heat.
  2. Saute zucchini and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  3. POUR eggs over vegetables.
  4. Cook over low heat, gently stirring until almost set.
  5. Add ham and tomato.
  6. SPRINKLE with cheese and onion.
  7. Cover and let stand on low heat until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve immediately.
