Criollo Shrimp

  1. Cook onion, red pepper and gingerroot in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
  2. or until onion is tender.
  3. Stir in mustard, annatto and cumin until blended.
  4. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min.
  5. or until shrimp turn pink and are cooked through.
  6. Serve over rice.
