Grilled Fish Tacos with Ranch Dressing

  1. Mix dressing, sour cream, onions, peppers and lime juice until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Drizzle fish with oil.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat 3 to 4 min.
  5. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. For each serving: Place about 3 oz.
  7. fish on 1 tortilla; top with 2 Tbsp.
  8. each lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
  9. Drizzle with about 2-1/2 Tbsp.
  10. of the remaining dressing.
  11. Fold tortilla over filling.
