Shrimp Quiche Tart Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. butterflake dinner rolls
- 1 sm. pkg. frzn shrimp (salad type)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- Grease small muffin tins.
- Separate frzn dinner rolls into 12 pcs.
- Cut each in half.
- Press each half over bottom and sides of muffin tins.
- Divide shrimp into each c..
- Beat together remaining ingredients (except shredded Swiss cheese) for 30 seconds.
- Divide this mix into each c. and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake 20 min or possibly till browned around edge at 375 degrees.
- Serve immediately.
- Can be frzn and served at a later time.
- Makes 24 shrimp quiche tarts.
