One-Step Lasagna
- 1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained
- 12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- Combine spaghetti sauce, ground chuck and water in a bowl. cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish with 1 1/2 cups sauce.
- Layer 4 noodles, 1/2 the Ricotta, 1/2 the Mozzarella and 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
- Add another layer of sauce mixture.
- Repeat with noodles, cheese and sauce.
- Top with noodles.
- Pour remaining sauce over, spreading evenly to cover edges of noodles.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Set on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until knife goes easily through pasta.
- Let stand, covered, on rack for 10 minutes.
