Pretzel Chip Cookies (Gluten-Free Recipe)

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine butter, brown sugar and sugar in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla; continue beating, scraping bowl occasionally, until well mixed.
  5. Add gluten-free flour blend, baking soda and salt; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips and pretzels.
  7. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
  9. Let cool 1 minute on cookie sheets.
  10. Remove to cooling rack.
