Chopped Chicken Taco Salad
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 pkg. (8.85 oz.) TACO BELL Crunchy Taco Dinner Kit
- 6 cups loosely packed coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 avocado, chopped Safeway 10 ct For $10.00 thru 02/09
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Medium Salsa
- Cook and stir chicken in nonstick skillet on medium heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until done.
- Add Seasoning Mix; cook as directed on package.
- Cool 10 min.
- Toss lettuce with tomatoes, avocados, cheese, dressing and salsa in large bowl.
- Crush 6 Tortilla Shells coarsely.
- Reserve remaining shells for another use.

- Add crushed shells to salad along with the chicken mixture; mix lightly.
