Three-in-One Oatmeal Cookies

  1. In large mixing bowl using hand mixer cream butter 30 seconds.
  2. Add sugars, eggs, milk, vanilla, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. Beat until combined.
  4. Beat in as much flour as you can.
  5. Using wooden spoon, stir in remaining flour then fold in oats.
  6. Use hands.
  7. if needed.
  8. to incorporate.
  9. Separate batter into three bowls.
  10. Add the above ingredients into each bowl.
  11. Incorporate into batter for each.
  12. This gives you three types of cookies to enjoy using one batter.
  13. Preheat oven 375 degrees (200 C.).
  14. Ddrop tsp-rounds of dough onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
  15. Bake until outer edges harden and turn golden and center is soft--13 to 15 minutes for large cookies and 9 to 11 minutes for small ones.
  16. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute then remove to rack to cool.
  17. Store in airtight container or plastic bag.
