Okara Petite Fours
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams Butter
- 60 grams Fresh okara
- 40 grams Cake flour
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Place the butter on top of the okara.
- Microwave until the butter is melting and creamy.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Line parchment paper into a oven-proof pan (15x10) and pour the dough.
- Bake at 180C (356F) on the bottom rack of your oven for 28 minutes!
