6 Week Bran Muffins

  1. In a large bowl mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Store and refrigerate.
  5. Fill greased tins (or cups) 2/3 full and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
