6 Week Bran Muffins
- 1 (15 ounce) box Raisin Bran cereal
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 cups flour
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- In a large bowl mix cereal, sugar, flour, soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add eggs, oil, and buttermilk.
- Mix well.
- Store and refrigerate.
- Fill greased tins (or cups) 2/3 full and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
