Cheeseburger Onion Pie

  1. In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  2. Stir in onions, cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. If onions begin to stick, add 2 tablespoons water.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Brown beef; drain fat.
  6. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper and set aside.
  7. Unroll 1 can of rolls and press together perforations.
  8. Roll out to a 12-inch square.
  9. Line a 9-inch pie pan.
  10. Trim 1 inch beyond edge of dish.
  11. Spoon meat into pie shell.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese; top with onions.
  13. Pour 2 beaten eggs over top.
