Pulled Pork Nachos
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 whole Small Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Pepper Chopped
- 2 cups Pulled Pork Or Other Pre-cooked Meat
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Tortilla Chips
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Cilantro, Choped
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
- 1 whole Small Tomato, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2.
- In a skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook onion and pepper until tender.
- Add pork and seasoning and stir until combined and coated.
- Remove everything from skillet.
- 3.
- Line skillet with chips.
- Top with meat and vegetable mix.
- Spread cheese over top.
- Bake 1015 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

- Sprinkle nachos with lime juice and top with cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.
