Citrus Pepper Steak

  1. Place orange juice, steak sauce and peppers in blender container; cover.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into small saucepan.
  4. Bring just to boil.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Remove 1/4 cup of the orange juice mixture for brushing onto steak as it cooks; reserve 1/2 cup of the orange juice mixture for serving with the cooked steak.
  7. Store in separate containers.
  8. Pour remaining orange juice mixture over steak in resealable plastic bag; seal bag.
  9. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat steak.
  10. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
  11. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  12. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
  13. Grill steak 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through, turning occasionally and brushing with the 1/4 cup reserved orange juice mixture.
  14. Serve with reserved 1/2 cup orange juice mixture.
