Rhubarb Crumb Pie

  1. Toss diced fruit and sugar and flour; add vanilla.
  2. Place in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Crumble 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter; spread on pie.
  4. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
