Rhubarb Crumb Pie
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 34 cup sugar
- 14 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 12 cup flour, for crumb
- 12 cup packed brown sugar, for crumb
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Toss diced fruit and sugar and flour; add vanilla.
- Place in unbaked pie shell.
- Crumble 1/2 cup flour, brown sugar and butter; spread on pie.
- Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
