Sweet Crunchy Muggy Moopla
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 14 cup flax seed meal
- 12 cup raw almonds (or other crunchy snutty things)
- 14 cup raisins (or other dry squishy fruits)
- cook rice according to instructions mix all ingredients eat a small portion, this is powerful stuff!
- eat some more eat a little bit more go play.
