Beef With Oyster Sauce Recipe

  1. Thinly slice flank steak on the diagonal into strips 1-inch wide by 2-3 inches in length.
  2. Soak Chinese black mushrooms in hot water for 15 min.
  3. Drain and throw away stems.
  4. Thinly slice mushroom caps.
  5. In a wok, heat oil; add in garlic and cook till brown.
  6. Stir in beef and cook 2 min.
  7. Stir in mushrooms and cook 1 minute.
  8. Add in oyster sauce and cook 1 additional minute.
  9. Serve over white rice.
