10 Minute Corny Chicken

  1. Place butter in a 2 quart casserole.
  2. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 30 to 45 seconds.
  3. Add green pepper.
  4. Cover.
  5. Microwave at high (100%) until tender crisp, 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Add rice, chicken (flake with fork into rice).
  7. Stir in corn.
  8. Sprinkle snipped parsley over top Cover with wax paper.
  9. Microwave at medium high (70%) ~ until heated through, 6 to 8 minutes.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
