Maple Nut Energy Bars
- 1 cup Oats, Baked For 10 Minutes At 350 degrees F (omit For Raw Option)
- 2 cups Pitted Dates
- 1/4 cups Almond Butter
- 1/4 cups Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Spirulina Or Powdered Greens (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Nibs (optional)
- 1/2 cups Pecans Or Roasted Walnuts, Chopped (double Amount For Raw Option)
- Process everything in a food processor, then press onto parchment paper.
- Refrigerate overnight, slice into bars or bites with pizza cutter.
- Store in fridge and enjoy!
