Bacon 'N Cheddar Beer Soup Recipe

  2. Place vegetable oil in large stockpot.
  3. Add in onios, potatoes, carrots and celery; saute/fry 25-30 min or possibly till vegetables are cooked.

  5. Add in remaining ingredients.
  6. Combine thoroughly.
  7. Simmer 20 min over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Makes 25 one c. servings.
