Venison Jerky Recipe

  1. Slice venison into 3/4 inch strips.
  2. Mix together remaining ingredients a large bowl.
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Cook directly on rack 6-8 hrs at 150 degrees.
  5. Check at around 4-5 hrs.
  6. Do not let cook too long and get crisp, it should be chewy.
